That report was professionally presented and identified several areas, including in our policies and procedures, where we were deficient and may not have been compliant with the legislation. murwillumbah-smallIn 2007, our Club engaged Greg Arnold’s services to put together an Enterprise Agreement that would allow our Club to move forward and create a solid foundation of terms and conditions of employment to attract and retain good quality staff. The enterprise agreement formed part of our overall human resources and cultural strategy to make our Club an Employer of Choice in the Tweed and Northern NSW region.

With Greg’s help and expert advice, we established an agreement that not only achieved our aims, but also won Awards from the Federal Government for “Innovation in Agreement Making” as well as the ClubsNSW Club of the Year in 2007 and the 2008 Human Resources Award for Excellence.
