Whenever this manufacturing company tried to enforce rules, employees would argue they didn’t have to do what they were told and would resign.

Our Solution

We discovered the client had not updated their employee handbook for eight years and the rules they would try to enforce were not in the handbook. We developed a new employee handbook that outlined all the company’s policies. This enabled the employees to understand what was expected of them from the moment they were recruited. If an employee forgot any of the policies, the client could refer to the employee handbook and remind the employee they had agreed to those terms when they accepted the job. As a result, the client’s employee retention rate increased by 50 per cent.
