With qualifications in law and HR, Karen works with businesses across a broad range of industries, providing practical advice on everything from workplace investigations and performance management to payroll compliance and Fair Work matters.
Karen is passionate about making complex workplace laws easy to understand and helping business owners build compliant, productive workplaces. She regularly presents workshops, hosts the HR2Go podcast and writes articles that translate HR and employment law into practical guidance employers can confidently apply in their businesses.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll usually find Karen on the golf course, volunteering her time through community organisations, or spending time with family and friends.
