Q: What happens if I don’t use all my hours in the month?
A: Unused hours can be rolled over to the next two months only but expire after two full calendar months have passed. For example, if you are on the Silver retainer package you have 7 hours per month. If you only use 2 hours in March, you can carry over the remaining 5 hours to April. This will then give you a total of 12 hours to use in April. However, the 5 hours from March can be rolled over to May but not June.
Q: Can I use any of the services offered by EWS within my retainer?
A: The simple answer is yes. However, training workshops are generally not included in the Bronze retainer package due to the low number of available hours per month. The training can be provided as an add-on to the Bronze retainer package.
Q: If all my hours are used up before the month is over and something urgent comes up, does that mean I have to wait until the next month?
A: If your hours for the month have been exhausted, you can choose to pay the standard hourly rate of $330/hour, upgrade to the next level of retainer, or wait until the next month.
Q: What if I want to cancel my monthly retainer?
A: If you want to cancel your retainer, please reach out to your consultant. Please note that we do not have an auto-renewal system, so your subscription will not renew automatically without your confirmation.
